DMD FPF flexible laminates Electrothem: DMD-F Class polysterfilm / polyster non-woven flexible laminates is a three layer made of high melting point polyester film laminated with Class F adhesive. It has excellent thermal resistance, electrical, mechanical and impregnated properties. It is suitable for slot insulation, interphase insulation & liner insulation in F Class electrical motors.

 

Physical properties and other benefits: DMD FPF flexible laminates are flexible to use, in-spite of having excellent tear resistance, high malleable strength and reduced moisture absorption. The inorganic content included in these enable them to hold high thermal conductivity. In addition, these are provided with long-run voltage endurance as well as resistance against partial discharge. DMD FPF flexible laminates offered by us are capable to deal with the damage coming from voltage spikes. Provided laminates boast of high stiffness and enhanced mechanical strength. Aforesaid attributes make them advantageous for heavy-duty winding as well as automatic insertion applications. Their compatibility with infused varnishes and resins is really worthy.
