Triplex Paper G-Flex

A composite of the finest Insulating Paper and Polyester Film produced for use in the manufacture of electric motors, generators and fans for a maximum service temperature of 130°C. G-FlexTM is manufactured by using high temperature adhesive which integrally bonds the paper to the film. G FlexTM is available in duplex & triplex constructions. The Aramid Paper / Polyester Films / Aramid Paper Flexible composite material is manufactured in two layers of Aramid paper alongside the one layer of polyester film. Three way insulation consists of a polyester film with Aramid paper glued on both sides with high temperature adhesives. This composite (Flexible) material has special importance insulating class F electrical machines. 
Aramid paper has outstanding thermal characteristics and extra ordinary resistance against chemicals and solvent.

The better electrical and mechanical properties of polyester sheet are ideally complemented by high temperature resistance of the

Product Superiority


(I) Insulation Resistance: The Polyester Film has excellent electrical properties along with high level of insulation resistance. Also, it has very less moisture absorption rate. The product is highly recommended for slot liners in FHP and HP ratings in different electrical rotating systems.
